Report a user or content
You can block and report directly inside the app from any flash or profile. Reports are reviewed and acted on. For urgent safety concerns, email contact@strixthekiet.me.
Account & data
To change your handle, manage notifications, or block users, open Settings in the app. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email contact@strixthekiet.me from your registered address.
Common questions
- I missed a reaction deadline. Reaction windows are intentionally short to keep reactions honest. Expired flashes can't be reacted to — that's by design.
- My feed is empty. Knewflash is quiet until you add friends. Open the Friends tab to find people.
- I can't upload from my camera roll. That's intentional — reactions are captured live so they stay real.
